Download Instructions:
If your system already has the Windows Installer installed, you can
download the setup program without the Installer Loader. Otherwise, you will
need to download and install the Loader before attempting to install CodeLib.
The Windows Installer comes with Windows 2000. It will also be on your system if
you have the Visual Studio Installer or have installed one of Microsoft's newer
software packages such as Office 2000.
