Description
Returns/sets the type of border the property has. These are the valid values for this property:

• ExBdrFlat (default) - No border will be painted.
• ExBdrInset - A 3D sunken edge will be drawn around the property item.
• ExBdrRaised - A 3D raised edge will be drawn around the property item.
