Property Picture As StdPicture

Description
Returns/sets a Picture object to be painted next to the property's name.

Remarks
Enough horizontal space will be made to fit the Picture on the left side of the first column next to the text. This space can be different for each item depending on the size of the picture specified. For a uniform appearance, all items' Pictures should be the same size.
